Build a local keyword page plan from Google autosuggest
Inventory every treatment and brand you offer, pair each with your city and nearby suburbs, then mine Google autosuggest and the People also ask box for each query. Sort the results into treatment, brand, problem, price and comparison buckets to produce a page plan covering the searches patients actually type.
Why this matters
Turn every treatment, brand, symptom, price and comparison query into a page plan with a city modifier.
Before you start
- A list of the treatments and brands the business offers
- A target city and 3 to 5 surrounding suburbs or neighbourhoods
- A spreadsheet or document to record queries
How to apply it
Inventory every treatment and brand
Write down each treatment the business offers and each brand product it carries, one per row, before looking at any keyword tool.
Check: The list contains one row per treatment and one row per brand name.
Add the city and surrounding suburbs
Pair the location terms with each row: the main city plus the 3 to 5 neighbourhoods or suburbs the business draws patients from.
Check: Each treatment row has a matching entry for the city and for every one of the recorded suburbs.
Mine Google autosuggest per query General best practice
Type each treatment plus city, each brand plus city, each symptom, each price phrase and each comparison into Google and record what the search box suggests while typing.
Check: The sheet holds the recorded autosuggest completions for every seed query typed.
Record People also ask questions General best practice
For each seed query, expand the People also ask box on the results page and copy the questions shown against the matching row.
Check: Each seed query has at least one captured People also ask question in the sheet.
Sort queries into the five buckets
Group the collected queries as treatment plus city, brand, problem or symptom, price, and comparison, and assign one planned URL per group.
Check: The page plan lists at least one planned URL for each of the five buckets on the top treatments.
Check for existing pages before publishing General best practice
Run a site-restricted search and a Search Console query filter for each planned term to confirm no existing URL already competes for it.
Check: A site: search for the term returns no existing URL targeting the same query, or the plan merges the new intent into that URL.
This happens outside your codebase
Work through the steps above on the named site or dashboard, then record the result in your agent session. There is no repository edit for this tip.
