SEO MCP is a free directory of SEO tips and an MCP server for coding agents. This page lists everything it stores about you and why. There are no ads and nothing is sold.

Your account
When you sign in with Google, GitHub or an email link we store your email address, and, when the provider sends them, your name and avatar URL. We use them to identify your account and to send sign-in links. We never post anything to your Google or GitHub account and only request basic profile and email access.
API keys and MCP usage
API keys are stored as hashes; the full key is shown to you once and cannot be recovered by us. Each MCP request is logged with the key, the tool called, the status and its duration, so rate limits work and abuse can be stopped. OAuth connectors (Claude.ai, ChatGPT) store a client registration and short-lived authorization codes.
When your agent uses the MCP server it may send a project profile: framework, routes, file names and audit findings it chose to share. We keep that profile and your progress per project (which tips you applied and verified) so the next session can resume. It is never shown to anyone else. Do not send secrets or personal data in tool calls.
Analytics
Page views are counted with Pulse, a cookieless analytics service run by the same owner. Our own event counts (for example, which call to action was used) store a daily-rotating hash of the IP address and browser, not the address itself. No advertising or cross-site trackers are used, so there is no consent banner.
Cookies
One cookie: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is HTTP-only, first-party and removed when you sign out. A theme preference may be kept in your browser's local storage.
Processors
The site runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage and email delivery). Google and GitHub handle sign-in when you choose them. Tip content is prepared with an AI model at ingestion time; your data is never sent to it.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while the account exists. Usage logs are deleted after 30 days. To export or delete your account and everything linked to it, write to pablobravo44@gmail.com from the address you signed in with; it is done within 30 days.
