Add review-sourced customer results to pages for AI quotes

Pull the last 12 months of reviews from G2 or Capterra, extract every concrete customer result with an LLM, then add two or three verified quotes with the reviewer's role and company size to the pages that match their industry and segment. Specific, attributable results give answer engines something exact to quote.

Before you start

  • A product listed on G2 or Capterra with reviews from the last 12 months
  • Existing testimonials or case-study quotes
  • Access to the pages where the quotes will be added
  • Access to an LLM such as Claude

How to apply it

  1. Collect the review text

Open the product page on G2 or Capterra, go through the reviews from the last 12 months, and copy the full text of each one. Add any testimonials or case-study quotes you already hold.

Check: A single document holds one pasted review per entry, each traceable to its G2 or Capterra review URL.

  2. Extract the concrete results with an LLM

Paste the collected text into Claude and ask it to pull out every specific result a customer mentions, with the exact quote, the reviewer's role and their company size, grouped by industry.

Check: The output lists items such as a before/after metric with the exact quoted sentence, a role and a company size, each under an industry heading.

  3. Map each result to the page it belongs on

Assign each extracted result to the page that matches the reviewer's industry and company size, for example a result from a 50-person SaaS company goes on the page for SaaS teams rather than the homepage.

Check: Each target page has at least one assigned quote, and no quote is assigned to a page whose audience differs from the reviewer's segment.

  4. Publish two or three quotes per page

Add two or three of the assigned quotes to each matching page, placed directly under the section that answers the question, with the reviewer's role and company size shown next to the quote.

Check: The rendered page shows the quote text followed by the role and company size, e.g. a finance lead at a 50-person SaaS company.

  5. Fact-check every quote before it goes live

Compare each published quote character by character against the original review and restore the original wording if the LLM rounded, merged or reworded anything.

Check: Each quote on the page matches the source review text exactly, with no changed or combined numbers.
